The joy is self-conquest

“The most spiritual men, as the strongest, find their happiness where others would find their destruction: in the labyrinth, in hardness against themselves and others, in experiments. Their joy is self-conquest: asceticism becomes in them nature, need, and instinct. Difficult tasks are a privilege to them; to play with burdens that crush others, a recreation. Knowledge-a form of asceticism. They are the most venerable kind of man: that does not preclude their being the most cheerful and the kindliest. ”

Life doesn’t have A to B kind of pattern.

It’s not a spiral either.

Time has many directions.

Like particles that act differently depending on whether there is an observer…

Or not.

Time is highly subjective (5 minutes can feel like eternity)

Yet, objective (when you miss a plane).

Time has many layers, colours, shades…

If I had to paint it…

It would definitely be an abstract painting.

But it can’t be.

Because it is constantly changing.
